Choose 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes and get a suggestion from jobs that are ready to do. Want something different? Tap Pick Another.
From wiping the kitchen bench to tidying a drawer, small jobs can make a useful difference.
Make your list your own
Add job titles, categories, estimated times, priorities and notes. Mark favourites, search your list and sort jobs to find what you need.
Archive jobs you want to keep for later, then restore them whenever you’re ready.
Keep everyday routines moving
Set jobs to repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. See which jobs are ready, overdue or waiting until their next due date.
See your small wins add up
Set a daily job goal and follow your completion history, current streak and best streak.
Progress includes category breakdowns and activity over the last seven days. Minute totals use your job estimates; the app does not measure elapsed time.
A reminder when you want one
Choose an optional daily reminder time. You can use the app without allowing notifications.
Your jobs stay on your device
No account is required. Jobs, preferences and completion history are stored on your device. The current version has no app-managed cloud syncing.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to finish every job in five minutes?
No. Choose the time you have available. Each job has an estimated duration, and you can add longer jobs too.
Can I create my own jobs?
Yes. Use the starter collection, add your own jobs or combine both.
What happens when I complete a job?
A one-off job is archived, and its completion stays in your history. A repeating job becomes available again when its next due date arrives.
Does it work offline?
The core job and progress features work without an internet connection.
Are reminders required?
No. Reminders are optional.
Will my jobs sync between my iPhone and iPad?
The current version stores data separately on each device and does not offer app-managed syncing.
